How do I get the Veteran/Serving Military & Bluelight discount code?

Head over to any of our social media or email [email protected] a photo of an ID card or similar and you will get a reply with a code.

When are you restocking an item?

We have restocks booked all the time. Best thing to do is to subscribe to our mailing list at gibraltartradingco.com/subscribe or below. The mailing list gets early access to all drops and restocks before they are announced anywhere else. If you want a specific guide feel free to get in touch via socials or emails and the team will answer if they know.

Where is my order?

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. The sipping estimate depends on the delivery service selected and time frames can be found at gibraltartradingco.com/shipping-returns. This often is done sooner but sometimes may take longer in busy periods. If your items haven’t been received after around 7 working days for UK orders please email [email protected] with your order number. International can take much longer but if in doubt please email.

I didn’t get an order confirmation or dispatch email.

As a growing business unfortunately some email providers send our emails to junk or spam. So please check there. Then please mark it as safe for the future. If you still have no emails let us know as the address may be on our system incorrectly and we can update it.

My item doesn’t fit can I return or exchange it?

We try to help with size guides as best we can and are always open for a message before you purchase to help but if the size is still wrong then you can return or exchange it. All details can be found at gibraltartradingco.com/shipping-returns *EXCEPT SILKIES!

Why cant I return silkies?

If silkies are damaged when you receive them then we can send a replacement. However for sizes and returns we sell them as ‘worn without underwear’ so we are government by hygiene standards and therefore cannot accept returns once they leave our care.

My discount code isn’t working?

From time to time we change some codes for security or marketing purposes. Just send us a message if yours doesn’t work for the updated code. Most of the time as long as we have verified it you won’t need to send an ID card again.

Do you ship to BFPO?

Unfortunalty not. Due to Royal Mail changing this system. If it changes we will let you all know.

Do you ship internationally?
