The Chat Group allows open, two-way communication between our brand and members, as well as between members themselves. Please note that participant display names and phone numbers are visible to others in this group. Our brand takes no responsibility for the messages, media, or opinions shared by members; all posts reflect the views of the individual and not our brand’s values or positions. The Announcements Group is used for product updates, restock alerts, exclusive offers, and feedback polls. Only our brand (GTC) can view member data in this group, and no personal information will be shared with third parties. Members may react or reply to posts, and these responses will be visible to all other members. Participation in either group indicates acceptance of these and WhatsApps user terms.
