Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. You can use the withdrawal form below to submit your request.
Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation by email.
Returning your order
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
Items should be returned in their original condition. You may handle the goods only as much as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may make a deduction from your refund for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the goods in a shop.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments covered by your right of withdrawal, including the cost of our standard delivery option where required by law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances, including:
Personalised or custom-made products
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons
Where a product is supplied sealed for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply once that seal has been broken, where the legal requirements for this exception are met.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
